No Bake Pumpkin Spice Energy Vinga Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats (add more if the batter is sticky)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup ginger & lemongrass moringa Vinga
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the Moringa Vinga, maple syrup, peanut butter, pumpkin purée, and vanilla extract into your mixing bowl and stir
  2. Next, add gluten-free rolled oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and pumpkin pie spice to the bowl and continue mixing until dough forms
  3. Place the mixture in the freezer for about 20 minutes
  4. Remove the dough from the freezer and scoop out and roll each serving with your hands until a small ball is formed
  5. Repeat scoop and roll technique
  6. Place pumpkin spice Vinga bites into an air-tight container and store in the fridge or freezer
