No Bake Pumpkin Spice Energy Vinga Bites

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats (add more if the batter is sticky)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup ginger & lemongrass moringa Vinga
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Add the Moringa Vinga, maple syrup, peanut butter, pumpkin purée, and vanilla extract into your mixing bowl and stir
- Next, add gluten-free rolled oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and pumpkin pie spice to the bowl and continue mixing until dough forms
- Place the mixture in the freezer for about 20 minutes
- Remove the dough from the freezer and scoop out and roll each serving with your hands until a small ball is formed
- Repeat scoop and roll technique
- Place pumpkin spice Vinga bites into an air-tight container and store in the fridge or freezer
