Moringa Vinga Ginger Snap Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup maple or date syrup
- 2 tbsp. Moringa Vinga Ginger & Lemongrass infusion
- 1 tbsp. unsulphured molasses
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor combine oats and almonds and blend until fine
- Add remaining ingredients blend until a dough consistency has been reached
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes to help stiffen the mixture for rolling
- Scoop a tablespoon amount at a time out of the mixture and roll into 1 inch balls
- Roll into your choice of topping, i.e. cacao, cinnamon, coconut, etc.
*Refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for two months
