Moringa Vinga Ginger Snap Recipe

Servings: Makes 12 snaps

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup maple or date syrup
  • 2 tbsp. Moringa Vinga Ginger & Lemongrass infusion
  • 1 tbsp. unsulphured molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor combine oats and almonds and blend until fine
  2. Add remaining ingredients blend until a dough consistency has been reached
  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to help stiffen the mixture for rolling
  4. Scoop a tablespoon amount at a time out of the mixture and roll into 1 inch balls
  5. Roll into your choice of topping, i.e. cacao, cinnamon, coconut, etc.

*Refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for two months
